29- YEARS OLD MAN REMANDED FOR UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF PROHIBITED DRUGS
On Thursday 18 September 2025, Magistrate John Manso Fornah at Pademba Road Magistrate court No.1 remanded Moris Sillah for ” prohibited drugs”
The accused is facing two count charges, Deals in a prohibited drug without lawful authority, contrary to section 7 (b) of the national drug control act 2008, act no.10 of 2008.
According to the prosecutor, Morise Sillah, on Thursday 14 August 2025, at no.9 second street, mountain cut freetown, deals in a prohibited drugs without lawful authority.
Count 2 indicated that, on the said date and place, was found in possession of Lossed quality of Krush without lawful authority
